We do not recommend this hotel for:
People with disabilities,
....“The hotel has just finished building a new block which is where we stayed. Everything was new and there were still a few minor things left in the corridors and main entrance which are yet to be finished. There was no noisy building work going on whilst we were there.
The buffet breakfast was very good. The pool area is lovely, adults pool & jacuzzi also children’s pool, with enough sun-beds around the pool, garden and on the beach to go round.
The hotel is situated at the north end of the resort a bit away from the main area but this suited us as the central area was much commercialized and more expensive to eat and drink. Around the hotel are several local bars & restaurants which were very cheap…The internet at the hotel is free although there were a few times when the lines were down but I suspect this is the same at many hotels. They were in the process of kitting out an internet room so at the time the computers were in the reception. No safes in room but free safety deposit at reception.
Our room had a nice balcony with a bench chair & cushions so was comfortable to sit out and catch the afternoon sun.
…I suspect the staffs are fairly new and their customer service skills need a bit of practice however this was no great problem.
Overall from what we saw of Mui Ne I thought this hotel was good value and nicely situated.”
